High penetration diamond scribing wheel /LED cutting wheel (outer teeth PCD wheel)

Medium penetration diamond scribing wheel (micro teeth PCD wheel)
Features and advantages of micro teeth PCD wheels:
1). Compared with high penetration wheels, the edge of micro teeth wheel is sharper and the teeth are smaller. The number of teeth varies between 4 and 360 and the tolerance of teeth depth reaches ±0.5μm.
2). After micro teeth wheel scribes glass, the cutting line is narrower and both of the crack surfaces are hardly damaged. It is used to cut ultra-thin glass with the thickness of 0.15mm-0.5mm, for example TFT in need of bending test.
3). Micro teeth wheel performs stronger in skid resistance, avoiding the skid of wheels in glass cutting. It guarantees perfect cutting line and crack surfaces, and additionally continuity and uniformity of glass cutting.

Diamond scribing wheel (Non teeth LED screen cutting wheel)

Diamond scribing wheels can be collapsed into two groups: standard diamond scribing wheels and economical diamond scribing wheels. Both are applied to cutting glass with different thickness and hardness, because of the high cost-performance ratio and longevity, diamond scribing wheel are regarded as the expert cutters for borosilicate glass and tempered glass for example touch screen. Hybrid PCD scribing wheels are mainly applied to cutting glass with the thickness of 0.1mm～5mm such as LCD panel and substrate, touch screen, optical windows, medical glass, auto glass, glass production line, ornamental glass, glass tubes.
