Our diamond wire drawing die blanks are polycrystalline diamond (PCD) products made under ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure, they are suitable for high-speed drawing of nonferrous wires such as bronze, aluminum, nickel, stainless steel and other alloy wires. We have TS diamond PCD wire drawing die, RHD diamond PCD wire drawing die, imported diamond PCD wire drawing die, CVD wire drawing die, Monocrystalline diamond wire drawing die.

1). The PCD material after various processing and measurements,it can guarantee the PCD diamond high grade quality,not like other suppliers’ products that good in appearance but the inner size is very soft
2). The special Cone design , easy to find the input and ouput side,it can realise the carbide ring to protect the PCD diamond,it can afford high shock during wire drawing process.
3). Since the embedded design,it can provide enough centripeta holding power,so when in nesting,you do not need the metal powder sintering process, just use “cold nesting” is OK.
4). We use cobalt bond and also thermostabile non-cobalt bond/matrix,or thermostabile silicon bond PCD or thermostabile CVD diamond bond ,so they can be sued for HT drawing and High Speed drawing.

Our diamond wire drawing die blanks have three series: RTH Series,RTR and RTY Series. In each series, there are 4 grain sizes available to choose from based on the application of wire drawing: 3 micron, 5 micron, 10 micron, and 25 micron.
RTH and RTR Series diamond wire drawing die blanks contains self-supported PCD die blanks which include the Hexagonal type and the Round type in various sizes. These blanks are suitable for all types of wire drawing applications especially where cost-cutting is required. RTY Series diamond wire drawing die blanks includes tungsten carbide supported PCD die blanks in round shape of various sizes. These products have a polycrystalline diamond core integrally bonded to a tungsten carbide support ring which in turn enhances the strength of the die blanks. These features allow the products stronger ability to withstand wire drawing with high intensity.
